Order Processing:

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days, considering the public holiday calendar for New South Wales (NSW).

Delayed Delivery:

In the event of a delay in the supply of goods, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the goods cannot be delivered within 14 days of your order, we will inform you of the delay and provide options to either cancel the order or agree on an alternate delivery schedule.

Delivery Addresses:

We typically deliver to recognised physical addresses; however, we can also accommodate delivery to PO Boxes and parcel lockers. Please ensure that the address provided is deliverable by our courier service providers. For PO Boxes or similar addresses, it is the recipient's responsibility to collect the goods in a timely manner.

Correct Delivery Address:

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address on your order form. We cannot be held liable for delivery to an incorrect address provided by you.

Delivery Within Australia:

We only offer delivery within Australia. For product availability in other countries, please contact us at info@pinkibeauty.com.au.

Third-Party Parcel Delivery:

We arrange delivery of goods through reputable third-party parcel delivery services.

Production Time:

Our goods are made in small batches to ensure quality control and optimal shelf life. Therefore, please note that the time to produce your order may take up to 7 days.

Dispatch and Delivery Times:

Goods are dispatched from Sydney. As a general guideline, deliveries to state capital cities are expected to take 1-5 days from the time of dispatch, depending on the location. Regional areas may experience longer delivery times. Please note that fluctuations may occur, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas or major disruptions like the Covid-19 pandemic.

Consignment Tracking:

We provide consignment tracking for all orders at no additional cost. You can track the progress of your shipment using the provided tracking details.
